Our residential conveyancing is carried out on a fixed-fee basis which we will explain to you and confirm in writing. We do not charge any hidden extras and all fees are fully explained in our initial letter to you.
We also provide a full HIP's service which includes the statutory Energy Performance Certificate. All of this can be carried out in-house efficiently and speedily so as not to delay the marketing of your property.
